By downloading, installing, or using Pulse (“the app”), developed and published by Hey Ben LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

Hey Ben LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Exercise suggestions, calorie estimates, and scheduling are provided for general informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute professional fitness, medical, or health advice. See our Health & Fitness Disclaimer for more details.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hey Ben LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or health outcomes arising from your use of the app.

In-App Purchases

Certain features require a one-time or subscription purchase (“Pro” upgrade or exercise packs). All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Redistribute or resell the app or its content

Intellectual Property

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction where the developer resides.

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
